The sermon yesterday really made me think of the choices I have made these few years.
We have a choice to choose how we want to feel.
When someone does terrible things to us, we can choose whether we choose to hate that person or we can choose to think of the good things about him or her. Why choose to drown yourself in misery when you can actually choose to think about nicer things and not dwell in unhappiness?
Just the same when you don't like a teacher, isn't it better to not bother about the teacher or let her affect the way you feel about the subject? It's just not worth it to give up on a subject just because the teacher picks on you or irritates you. You have total control on what you want to do. So long you keep your mind on improving in that subject, not even a huge giant or monster can affect your will to improve.
Even when you wake up in the morning, you can choose to be in a good mood the whole day or be in a foul mood and be moody the whole day.
Thursday
It's teachers' day celebrations today and being an 'unfaithful soul' i didn't go back to tps to visit my dearest teachers with sofia and ann. Anyway I had to like lug home a huge econs file and a whole bag of books i left in school. And the school cheated our feelings as what rachel always says. They lied to us. They said they will end at 10.30 and we were like YAY and they ended at 11.30 instead. They should have kept their promise and not drag that talk after the concert ended 45 min late. The dances were so cool. But this teachers day wasn't as nice as last year's when the teachers got to dress up.
Today
Had emath from 8.30-11.30 den physics from 12-2. There's 3 hours of emaths again tmr! :(
